Nutrition label generator
Paste your recipe's ingredient list and get a nutrition facts panel:
one to embed on your page, styled and self-contained, and the
schema.org nutrition block for your recipe card. The label
links back to the full breakdown, so your readers can check any number —
or question one.
What is the recipe?
How many servings does it make?
The label
Estimated from a food database by matching each ingredient — check the amounts above if a figure looks off. This is a web label for a recipe, not a regulatory label for a packaged food: FDA packaging labels need specified rounding and product analysis this does not claim to do. A nutrient that is missing here is one no ingredient reported — not zero.
While the site is in beta, every label carries a red TEST watermark — the numbers may contain errors and are not for publishing yet. Embedded labels lose the watermark automatically when beta ends.
There is no download, on purpose. An image saved to your computer freezes these figures at today's food data and today's reading of your ingredients — it cannot be corrected afterwards, and neither can the copy of it sitting in your post. The embed below is the same label served from this site, so a correction reaches your page by itself. These numbers are estimates for general information and the ingredients behind them are not verified.
Embed it on your page
An image served by nutritionalvalues.info, linked to the ingredients the label is based on — paste it into your post where the label should sit. Because the image is served rather than frozen into your page, a quality update to the label reaches every page that embedded it, and the beta watermark comes off everywhere at once when it goes.
The nutrition block for your recipe card
The schema.org nutrition object, computed
from your ingredients. Paste it into your Recipe structured data — or
into your recipe plugin's nutrition fields — and your published
figures will agree with your ingredient list, which is one of the
things the Recipe Technical
Optimizer checks.
